What is Basic Membership?

Membership is FREE to join if you have arthritis and/or osteoporosis.

The benefits of becoming a basic member are:

  • Arthritis NSW e-newsletters* (six a year)
  • 10% discount on books, DVDs and other Arthritis NSW products
  • Access to member exclusive section and forum on Arthritis NSW website.

What is General Membership?

Whether you have arthritis, osteoporosis or even both conditions, by becoming a general member today, you will have access to information and services related to both conditions.

The benefits of becoming a general member are:

  • Arthritis NSW e-newsletters* (six a year)
  • 10% discount on books, DVDs and other Arthritis NSW products
  • Membership rate for education seminars and community talks
  • Membership rates for our self-management courses including Rheumatoid Arthritis Program (RAP), Osteoarthritis of the Knee (OAK), Moving On, Challenging Arthritis and Osteoporosis

What are the benefits of joining for three years?

By becoming a general or premium member for three years, you will save 10-15% off your membership (depending on which membership you select).

What are the benefits of the Premium Life Membership?

By joining Arthritis NSW as a premium life member, you will have the privilege of receiving everything a premium member receives for the lifetime of your membership and you will save!

Can I cancel my membership at anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. All you need to do is call 1800 011 041 or e-mail us at info@arthritisnsw.org.au with the subject line: membership cancelation.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

No, there are no refunds to your membership.

How do I renew my membership?

You can click here and renew your membership immediately or you can click here for a PDF version of the form and send it back to us at: Arthritis NSW, Locked bag 2216, NORTH RYDE NSW 1670.

Don’t forget you will need your membership number to renew your membership.

When am I notified that my membership needs to be renewed?

We will notify you of your renewal one month before expiry and one month after expiry.

How do I upgrade my membership?

Can I upgrade my membership before my 12 months is due?

How do I pay for my membership?

You can pay online with a credit card. If you don’t have a credit card, please download this form and send it back with your cheque or money order to: Arthritis NSW, locked bag 2216, NORTH RYDE NSW 1670.

What if I have forgotten my membership number?

You can call 1800 011 041 to obtain your membership number.
