Can I cancel my membership at anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. All you need to do is call 1800 011 041 or e-mail us at info@arthritisnsw.org.au with the subject line: membership cancelation.
Do I get a refund if I cancel my membership?
No, there are no refunds to your membership.
How do I renew my membership?
You can click here and renew your membership immediately or you can click here for a PDF version of the form and send it back to us at: Arthritis NSW, Locked bag 2216, NORTH RYDE NSW 1670.
Don’t forget you will need your membership number to renew your membership.
When am I notified that my membership needs to be renewed?
We will notify you of your renewal one month before expiry and one month after expiry.
