Moving On

Moving On is an exciting new self-management program that Arthritis NSW has developed.  Moving On has been designed for people with any kind of long-term health condition, such as diabetes, heart disease or arthritis.

As a large majority of people with a chronic condition also have arthritis, this complements our other self-management programs and education activities.

Moving On is a group-based education program that is facilitated by two trained leaders.  The program runs once a week for 7 weeks and covers a broad range of health topics such as Healthy Eating, Coping with a Chronic Condition and Getting the Most Out of Your Medicines.

The program is now running in a small number of locations across Sydney, including:

Hornsby Heights

Dates: 7 consecutive Thursdays starting 23 May and running until 4 JulyTime: 10.00am – 1.00pm
