Moving On is an exciting new self-management program that Arthritis NSW has developed. Moving On has been designed for people with any kind of long-term health condition, such as diabetes, heart disease or arthritis.
As a large majority of people with a chronic condition also have arthritis, this complements our other self-management programs and education activities.
Moving On is a group-based education program that is facilitated by two trained leaders. The program runs once a week for 7 weeks and covers a broad range of health topics such as Healthy Eating, Coping with a Chronic Condition and Getting the Most Out of Your Medicines.
