WE WILL BE IN TOUCH DIRECTLY WITH THOSE PEOPLE WHO HAD REGISTERED FOR THE EVENT, AND APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE OR DISAPPOINTMENT CAUSED.

Cancellations and refunds
Please note that as per section 7.2 of our Fees & Pricing Policy, if an event or service does not attract sufficient registrations, fees, sponsorship and/or donations to break even, Arthritis & Osteoporosis NSW reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event. In such an event, participants who have registered will be provided with four options:
1) The registration fee may be retained for participation on the revised date.
2) The registration fee may be reallocated to another Arthritis & Osteoporosis NSW event or service.
3) A full refund may be provided, with the option to re-register at future events.
4) The participant may choose to allocate the registration fee as a tax-deductible donation to Arthritis & Osteoporosis NSW.
