How do I pay for my membership?

We have multiple ways to pay for your membership. When registering online, you can pay with your credit card – Visa or Mastercard. If paying a new membership or renewal via post, we accept cheques or  credit cards.

What if I have forgotten my membership number?

You can call 02 9857 3300 to obtain your membership number.

How do I renew my membership?

We will send you a reminder letter or email a month before your membership is coming up for renewal. You can also call us on 02 9857 3300 at any time to renew over the phone.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership anytime. Call 02 9857 3300 or email us with the subject line: Membership cancellation.

Do I get a refund if I cancel my membership?

No, there are no refunds on cancelled memberships.

Should you believe that your circumstances for a refund requires special consideration, please make an application in writing via email to info@arthritisnsw.org.au

Deceased membership can be cancelled or transferred to a carer or supporter. To do this please contact us on 02 9857 3300 between 9:00am – 5:00pm (AEST).
